How a pay period moves through your studio
One flow, no retyping: each step feeds the next.
Paso 1
The model arrives with a complete profile
The applicant signs up on the studio's website, her interview is scheduled and, once approved, her profile holds personal data, location, shift, payroll type, usernames by platform, contracts and documents.

Paso 2
Every shift is logged as a work session
The monitor or the administrator starts and ends each model's session. With auto-session, the system detects whether the model is live on Chaturbate, StripChat or CAM4 and opens or closes the session on its own.

Paso 3
The day's attendance, marked by the monitor
The attendance sheet marks each model on the shift as on time, slightly or very late, absent or excused. When enabled, lateness creates the late-arrival fine and each absence in the period creates a fine larger than the previous one, according to the studio's catalog.

Paso 4
What each model earns, by platform and by shift
The monitor enters what each model makes on each platform in the earnings sheet, by shift and day. If the studio pays in dollars, the platforms' payment report is also uploaded in Excel and each income is assigned to its model by username.

Paso 5
Payouts are calculated automatically, by tokens or in dollars
By tokens, the system applies the pay scale for the tokens and model type and converts at the cut-off rate minus the spread. In dollars, it applies the fixed on-site or remote percentage, with withholding tax, and converts at each date's exchange rate. Either way it subtracts deductions, store installments, fines and loans.

Paso 6
The model gets the detail of her payout
By tokens, each model sees in her dashboard how her payout was calculated: her tokens day by day, the scale applied, her deductions and her balance. In dollars, she receives her PDF receipt by email and downloads it from My earnings. Fewer questions to the administrator and more trust.

Studio Fácil is cloud management software for webcam studios. It brings together each model's profile, her platforms and usernames, shifts and sessions, attendance, the earnings sheet and each model's payout, in two ways: by tokens with a pay scale and cut-off exchange rate, or in dollars by fixed percentage from the platforms' report. It is built by Kondory Tecnología S.A.S in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
No. Studio Fácil runs in the cloud from a computer or phone browser. Each studio gets its own installation, with its own domain, database and logo.
In two ways, and your studio chooses its own. By tokens: it adds up the period's tokens by platform, applies the pay scale for the tokens and model type, converts at the cut-off rate minus the spread and subtracts deductions; payroll stays as a draft for review before closing. In dollars: it takes the income from the platforms' report, applies the fixed on-site or remote percentage and converts at each date's exchange rate.
Yes. When paying by tokens, each model has her payroll type (on-site or couple, living at the studio or not, and remote) with its own scale; when paying in dollars, remote models have their own percentage and withholding tax. Auto-session can log their time when they stream.

Yes. Models, monitors and stores belong to a location, and each user can have several locations in scope. Model lists, sheets, fines and payroll are filtered by the viewer's locations, and the administrator sees the whole studio.
It depends on how organized your information is. First you set up locations, shifts, platforms and the pay scale, and register models with their usernames. With that, the studio can run its first pay period in the system.
