Shift, session and attendance tracking for webcam studios
Knowing who arrived, how many hours each model worked and which fine applies shouldn't depend on a notebook. Studio Fácil records it every shift.
How do you track attendance in a webcam studio?
Attendance tracking in a webcam studio combines each model's shift, the record of her work sessions and the monitor's daily check-in. In Studio Fácil, the monitor marks each model as on time, late, absent or excused; the system calculates each session's hours, creates the automatic fines the studio enables and compares the week's hours with the required minimum.
The morning shift starts at six and someone arrives late; the night shift crosses midnight and the hours don't add up; a model asked for time off but nobody wrote it down. At the end of the period, no one knows for sure which fines to charge or who met their hours.
Studio Fácil organizes the studio by shifts and logs each shift as a work session that the monitor starts and ends, or that auto-session opens on its own when the model is live. The attendance sheet and the fine catalog do the rest, and weekly compliance shows in time who is falling behind.
