How to track your models' minimum weekly hours
Tracking a webcam model's minimum hours means comparing, every week, the time she actually worked with the minimum the studio requires. To be fair, add up the hours of every work session, approved make-up time and adjustments, and discount the hours of excused absences, so that a model is never penalized for time the studio itself approved.

What counts as time worked?
The time in the shift's work sessions, plus whatever was made up or adjusted with approval.
- Regular hours from each work session.
- Approved make-up hours.
- Session adjustments made by the administrator.
- Review time the administrator adds or removes with a reason.
How are absences handled?
An excused absence shouldn't count against compliance. We recommend that the model request it with its type (medical, personal, family, education, vacation, emergency or other) and that the administrator approve it with the hours validated. Those hours are discounted from the week's minimum.
What if a model misses her hours several weeks in a row?
Each studio sets its own rule. A common approach is to count consecutive weeks below the minimum and, at a set number, apply the consequence agreed in the studio's rules. In Studio Fácil, the system keeps that count and shows it in statistics and on the model's dashboard.
How does auto-session help?
Auto-session checks whether the model is live on supported platforms and opens or closes her work session. That way, logging hours doesn't depend on someone remembering to start or end the session, which is especially useful with remote models.
